This video from CDC's Tips From Former Smokers campaign shows how Brian’s smoking ruined his health and devastated his family. He finally quit smoking for good and was able to get on a heart transplant list. Brian realizes that he is one of the fortunate few. He encourages all smokers to quit, saying, “There’s life on the other side of cigarettes.”
